The Dashboard in HVAC Quote provides an overview of your business’s performance and allows you to monitor key metrics like quotes, leads, appointments, and conversion rates in real time.

The dashboard is designed to help you keep track of important information and take action promptly. Here’s how the HVAC Quote dashboard works:

1. Total Quotes

  • What It Is: This section displays the total number of quotes generated by your system.

  • Why It’s Important: It helps you track how many quotes have been requested by leads through your website, enabling you to measure your quoting activity.

2. Conversion Rate

  • What It Is: This section shows the percentage of quotes that have converted into appointments or completed sales.

  • Why It’s Important: The conversion rate allows you to understand how effective your quoting process is and whether you need to improve your follow-up or sales tactics.

3. Average Quote Value

  • What It Is: This section shows the average value of the quotes you've provided.

  • Why It’s Important: Understanding your average quote value helps you gauge the pricing structure of your business and determine whether your pricing is competitive or needs adjustments.

4. Active Leads

  • What It Is: This section displays the total number of active leads that are currently being worked on.

  • Why It’s Important: It provides a snapshot of the leads that are currently in the pipeline and need attention, helping you prioritize follow-ups and manage your sales activities.

5. Upcoming Appointments

  • What It Is: This section lists any upcoming appointments that are scheduled.

  • Why It’s Important: Keeping track of appointments ensures you stay organized and prepared for client meetings. If no appointments are scheduled, this section will let you know and provide a link to schedule one.

6. Lead Sources

  • What It Is: This section provides insight into the different sources of your leads, such as:

    • Quote Form (quote-iframe): Leads that came through your quote form.

    • Online Booking (booking-iframe): Leads who scheduled appointments through your online booking system.
