Adding new services to your HVAC Quote system allows you to expand the offerings for your customers and streamline the process of quoting and booking appointments. Here’s how you can add more services in the system:
Step 1: Access the Settings
Log into Your HVAC Quote Account:
Open your HVAC Quote dashboard.
On the left-hand navigation panel, click on Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to the Service Types Section
Click on "Service Types":
In the Settings page, find and click on the Service Types tab. This section manages all the services your company offers.
Step 3: Add a New Service
Click the "Add Service" Button:
On the right side of the screen, you will see a blue button labeled + Add Service.
Click this button to start adding a new service.
Step 4: Configure Your New Service
Enter the Service Details:
Name: Enter the name of the service (e.g., "AC Repair," "Heating Installation").
Duration: Specify how long the service will take (e.g., 60 minutes, 2 hours).
Description: Add a brief description of the service (optional).
Online Booking: You can enable or disable online booking for this service by toggling the switch.
Save the Service:
After filling out the service details, click Save or Add Service to finalize the addition.
Step 5: Manage Your Services
Edit or Delete Services:
Once the service has been added, it will appear in the list of services with options to edit or delete the service.
You can edit the details of a service by clicking the pencil icon or remove it entirely by clicking the trash icon.
