    • Step 3: Paste the copied URL into the Webhook URL field in the HVAC Quote integration settings.

    • Step 4: Click on Save Settings to confirm and save the integration.

Step 4: Test the Connection

  1. Test the Webhook:

    • Once the URL is pasted and saved, you can test the connection by clicking on Test Webhook.

    • This will check if the connection between HVAC Quote and Zapier is working properly.

Step 5: Complete the Integration

  1. Configure Your Zap:

    • Go to Zapier and finish setting up your Zap by selecting actions for when the trigger (e.g., new quote submission or appointment booking) occurs.
