The Calendar feature in HVAC Quote helps you manage and organize your appointments, allowing you to schedule service calls and keep track of your business’s appointments in one place.

Here’s how to use the calendar feature effectively:

Step 1: Access the Calendar

  1. Log into Your HVAC Quote Account:

    • Open your HVAC Quote dashboard.

    • On the left-hand navigation panel, click on Calendar. This will open the calendar view, where you can manage all your appointments.

Step 2: View Your Calendar

  1. Navigate the Calendar:

    • The calendar will display your appointments in a daily, weekly, or monthly view, depending on your preference.

    • You can navigate through the days, weeks, and months using the arrows or dropdown menu at the top of the calendar.

Step 3: Schedule a New Appointment

  1. Click on the "Schedule Appointment" Button:

    • In the calendar view, there will be a button or an option to Schedule an Appointment. Click this to add a new appointment.

  2. Enter Appointment Details:

    • When you click to schedule an appointment, a form will pop up where you can enter the following details:

      • Customer Name: Enter the name of the customer.

      • Service Type: Select the service to be provided (e.g., AC Repair, Installation).

      • Date & Time: Choose the date and time for the appointment.

      • Description: Add any notes or special instructions for the appointment.

  3. Save the Appointment:

    • Once you have entered the details, click Save to add the appointment to your calendar.

Step 4: Edit or Reschedule an Appointment

  1. Edit an Appointment:

    • If you need to make changes to an existing appointment, simply click on the appointment in the calendar.

    • A window will appear where you can edit the details, such as the service type, time, and customer information.
