How to Connect Your Facebook & Google Ads to HVAC Quote

By connecting your Facebook and Google Ads accounts to HVAC Quote, you’ll be able to see exactly where your leads are coming from and how they move through your pipeline — all in one place.

This gives you better visibility, smarter decision-making, and ultimately more booked jobs.

Follow the steps below to get everything connected.


Step 1: Go to Integrations

Start by logging into your HVAC Quote account and navigating to:

This is where you’ll connect your advertising platforms.


Step 2: Connect Facebook & Google Ads

Inside the Integrations section, you’ll see options to connect both Facebook and Google.

Important:

These are two separate connections, so you’ll need to connect each platform individually.

For Facebook:

  • Select the correct Business Manager

  • Choose the Ad Account you are running ads from

For Google:

  • Log into your Google account

  • Select the correct Google Ads account

Make sure you are connecting the exact accounts that are actively running your ads.


Step 3: Go to Ad Performance Dashboard

Once both platforms are connected, head over to:

Inside the dashboard, you’ll now be able to track your advertising performance in one place.

This includes:

  • Leads coming from Facebook Ads

  • Leads coming from Google Ads

  • Performance by campaign and source
