You should have received an email from us letting you know the payment was missed and how to manually try again.

If you have not yet received the email, simply head to 'My Purchases' in your account at app.hwpotraining.com and press on the … option menu next to the program name then retry action on the program in question.

We will automatically try to process the payment for seven days. If after seven days we can't make the payment, your subscription to the program will automatically be canceled.

If this happens, don't worry, you can easily re-subscribe to the program from your 'My Purchases' area. Once re-subscribed, head to the app and your training will be waiting for you.
