You can change your default metrics via your web account or in-app:
Web Account:
Head to app.hwpotraining.com
Go to Settings
Click on ‘Default Units’
Choose your preferred metrics
In-App
Head to your profile
Click 'Account'
Click on 'Settings'
Change whether you want to see Kg / Lbs and M / Yards
