If you need to reschedule your training to a past day for any number of reasons,
Click the current day of your schedule, click into the current day of training for either FLAGSHIP, 60 or STRONG, and hit the pencil icon in the top right and enter in the day you would like to see today.
The calendar works best when going backwards, and all members should see 7 days in advance if they are up to date. If you want to schedule a previous day to a Thursday for example, and today is Monday, wait until Thursday and then schedule the desired day then.
Our calendar works on a 1-7 day schedule, with day 1 of every week intended to be Monday, and the rest day intended to be Sunday. If you want to change your rest day to Wednesday for example, and it is already a Thursday, wait until next Wednesday and schedule the previous Sunday rest day to Wednesday, you will overlap a few days but your rest days will always be Wednesday moving forward, until days are moved again.
