  1. If you press and release the “One Touch” button to start a wash cycle and the green and yellow LED’s illuminate while the red LED flashes and the Pro-Control continuously beeps, the Pro-Control is indicating that there are no more wash tokens registered.

  2. You will need to register a new wash token tag which is located inside each new case of LEXX Liquid Sanitizer and Cleaner Concentrate Cups.

  3. First, exit the error mode by pressing and releasing the “RESET-CUPS-PROGRAM” button.

  4. Register the token tag by holding the raised area inside the circle of the token tag to the center of the HR logo on the Pro-Control and push and release the “RESET-CUPS-PROGRAM” button once.

  5. Hold the tag there until the Pro-Control beeps.

  6. The Pro-Control will then indicate the number of current wash tokens stored with the LED lights.

  7. Each green blink is worth 100, each yellow is worth 10, and each red is worth 1.

  8. Simply count the blinks to see how many wash tokens are stored.

  9. The Pro-Control will continue to indicate this number until you press and release the “RESET-CUPS-PROGRAM” button once to put it back to sleep.

  10. Up to 750 wash tokens may be stored on the Pro-Control.

  11. You can now start another wash cycle.
