How to Assign Roles
Go to Settings > Team Management.
Invite a member: enter their email, name, and select a role.
The permissions will take effect as soon as the member accepts.
Tips & Best Practices
Add unlimited users at no extra cost—only assign Admin access to trusted individuals.
Role changes are generally not reversible. Consider permissions carefully before granting broad access.
Detailed role control (custom roles) is available in higher-tier plans—talk to your Customer Success Manager to enable it.
Why This Matters
Better security – Limit high permissions to only those who need them.
Streamlined collaboration – Team members can focus on their tasks without unnecessary access.
Easier governance – Clear roles make audits and troubleshooting simpler.
