To request permanent account deletion from Hypernatural:
Log in and visit your Profile page. Click your username or icon in the top right of the screen, then choose "Profile & Subscriptions". (Or just click here.)
At the bottom of the Profile screen, find a red button titled "Delete Account". Click the Delete Account button, and presto, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion
What does requesting deletion do?
When you request permanent account deletion, your email address will be removed from our email marketing systems, and any web-based subscriptions you have purchased will be canceled immediately. Some time later, your Hypernatural account content will also be erased.
To prevent abuse of our free credits system, we will retain a record that your email address has signed up in the past.
Canceling native app subscriptions
Please note that if you subscribed to Hypernatural via the App Store or Google Play on a native iOS or Android device, you will need to cancel your subscription using the native app for your platform:
