Activity feed overview
In the Activity Feed, users can leave comments for one another via ‘@mentions’, or simply view the latest activity in a program or on a particular object. All messages are time and date-stamped.
For example, if you click the Activity Feed icon while in a control, you’ll only see activity relevant to that control. This means you won’t see activity that’s taking place in an audit, for example. To view that activity, you need to open the audit, and click the Activity Feed icon.
Note: the video below shows the activity feed on a program. However, the concept is the same for audits. The difference is that to access the activity feed, you need to navigate out to that specific audit.
The tutorial below is shown in the administrator role with organizational permission as a manager in Hyperproof. If you are in another role in Hyperproof or have a different permission, you may not have access to some of these areas shown, or they may be greyed out.
In this video, we'll discuss the Activity Feed. The Activity Feed allows you to easily communicate with your team members directly in Hyperproof.
Working with the activity feed on an audit
In the Activity Feed, users can leave comments for one another via ‘@mentions’, or simply view the latest activity in a program or on a particular object. All messages are time and date-stamped.
Note, within an audit activity feed you'll have the option to check if the comment is visible to external auditors. If you've added your external auditor to Hyperproof and check this box, they will be able to see the comment. If the box is unchecked they will not be able to view the comment.
