Working on a vendor questionnaire
After you've launched the questionnaire, you'll be able to fill it out via the web browser. If there is a red star next to a question, that means it's required to fill out. Some answers will be multiple choice or will require open text.
You may notice that on some answers, you'll be prompted with another answer that follows. In Hyperproof, we call these gating questions. It's important to fill out this additional information for the organization. Optionally, you'll also see paper clip icons next to each question, where you can upload evidence, or some questions may ask you to attach proof for the question.
If necessary, you can also forward the questionnaire to collaborate. Hyperproof remembers where you left off on the questionnaire, so anytime you re-open it in a browser, it'll keep your answers. If collaborating, we recommend refreshing your browser to populate any answers. Once all answers are filled out, you can submit to send the questionnaire back to Hyperproof.
