Workshop Description

This workshop is part of a continuing best practice series diving deeper into the recommended steps for the audit to continuous ComOps workflow in Hyperproof. Hyperproof developed the continuous compliance operations (ComOps) methodology, where controls are the center of the organization’s compliance operations. During this series, we’ll discuss the best practices for moving from a completed audit in Hyperproof toward continuous ComOps.

In this workshop, we focus on the first few steps recommended in this workflow:

  • Best practices for using Hyperproof's frameworks with illustrative controls to stand up programs efficiently and quickly

  • Best practices around crosswalking

  • Reusing your controls from one program to another to drive efficiency in your organization
