Workshop Description

Tasks serve as a reminder, or an additional communication tool to get a specific piece of work done. For example, in Hyperproof a compliance manager may need to ensure that a user in their organization provides evidence to satisfy a control. Hyperproof’s approach to tasks is to enable compliance professionals to track tasks in Hyperproof while other professionals who work outside Hyperproof to work in their tool of choice, and to integrate the sharing of task information for the most efficient business process.

With integrated task management, the compliance manager simply creates a Hyperproof task (manual or repeating) attached directly to an object such as a control. Then, they assign the task to the user and select which external project management system to share the task with. Then the task owner can operate in their project management system, with status updates and evidence syncing back into Hyperproof.

In addition to Hyperproof’s current native Task integrations with Jira Cloud, Jira Server, and Asana, we have added ServiceNow; a bi-directional integration that provides a two-way sync between ServiceNow and Hyperproof tasks.

Join us for this workshop to learn more about task integration and how it can help improve your organization’s communication and workflow in Hyperproof!
