Using the Vendor catalog
The Vendors tab serves as a centralized hub for managing and monitoring your organization’s entire third-party ecosystem.
From this area, you can:
Add and organize to easily onboard new vendors into your catalog
Monitor risk at a glance to review high-level metrics, including your total vendor count, high-risk profiles, and new risks identified over the last 30 days.
Filter and search to quickly locate specific vendors using keyword searches or by filtering by risk levels (very high, high, medium, or low).
Export data to generate and download a comprehensive vendor list in CSV format for offline reporting, data analysis, or internal audits.
Adding a new vendor
To add a vendor to your catalog, click the + Add Vendor button in the upper-right corner. A prompt displays asking for the vendor name and an optional vendor website.
