Roles and permissions
The following roles can use the jumpstart feature to create a new program:
Administrators who are managers or contributors on the existing program
Compliance managers who are managers or contributors on the existing program
In Hyperproof, you can jumpstart a new program by reusing existing objects within your organization, making the setup process faster and more efficient. The whole point of jumpstarting is to help get you from Point A to Point B as quickly as possible.
You can jumpstart in one of two ways:
Using the Smart Content feature when creating a new program
Using the Creating a new program from an existing program after creating a new program
Example scenario
Your organization already implemented both SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and you’re considering implementing ISO 27701:2019. Hyperproof provides an estimate percentage on how close you are to standing up ISO 27701:2019 using the existing controls in your other programs, based on related requirements.
Jumpstart percentages are located on the program cards in the Select template window. Simply scroll through the list of templates to find the jumpstart percentage for a particular program. Note that jumpstart percentages are only shown for programs that can leverage your organization’s existing controls.
