Improved

Work item target/source links

Work items grids now show the target or source object linked to each work item, with a direct link to navigate to the source or target.

Addressed issues

  • Fixed an issue where simultaneous updates to scoped controls led to a backend deadlock, causing certain hierarchical controls to remain stuck in a Critical health status despite the underlying scoped controls being completed and effective. (Case # 00012149)

  • Fixed an issue in the Programs module where deleting a proof file directly from the Proof module failed to automatically decrement the overall proof count displayed on the Program Overview Dashboard. (Case # 00012214)

  • Fixed an issue in the Controls module for organizations using standard control scopes where the "Managed by parent control" custom field behavior incorrectly remained editable on child controls, resulting in unexpected application errors upon modification. (Case # 00012189)

  • Fixed an issue in the Programs module where exporting large collections of program proof files sometimes failed entirely or displayed an unexpected error message. (Case # 00012230)

  • Fixed an issue in the Programs module grid view where sorting by the Control ID column performed an alphabetical string sort rather than a natural numerical sort. (Case # 00012335)

  • Fixed an issue in the Controls module grid view where clicking the Labels column header sorted rows randomly instead of ordering them based on the ascending or descending numeric count of linked labels. (Case # 00012279)

  • Fixed an issue in the Issues module where searching for or linking existing items to an issue took an unusually long time or showed a blank list, particularly for users connected to a VPN. (Case # 00012271)

  • Fixed an issue where the Hypersync for BambooHR failed with a service access error when running in Hyperproof EU. (Case # 00012217)

  • Fixed an issue in the Controls module for standard scopes where expanding scopes and selecting all controls prevented the list from loading. (Case # 00012332)

  • Fixed an issue in the Hypersync for Bitbucket List of Users proof type where the proof preview page failed to load if a user profile had a blank date field. (Case # 00012336)

  • Fixed an issue with Single Sign-On (SSO) where users with an email address used across multiple organizations were blocked by log-in prompts for environments they were not actually members of. (Case # 00011222)

  • Fixed an issue where the Programs module in Hyperproof Gov became inaccessible when creating a new program from a comprehensive framework template, such as ISO 27001. (Case # 00012344)

  • .. plus other fit and finish, performance, stability, and security issues — as always!
