Responses not loading, unexpectedly long loading time

Are you experiencing one of the loading issues?

  • The extension is not loading any response

  • The extension is showing 'We are experiencing exceptionally high demand, refresh the page or try again later' continuously for every email

  • My extension takes an unexpectedly long time to load a response

Try one of the solutions in the following.

Solution A: Try logging out and in again 🫶

1. On the top right corner of your Chrome browser, click the Hypertype icon.

2. Then try logout and log back in again. The extension should then restart itself and reload responses.


Solution B: Try Clearing Cache and Hard Reload 🕹️

If Solution A does not work, try this instead.

1. Right click anywhere in the white space of your Chrome browser and click 'Inspect'.

2. Then go to the top left corner of your Chrome browser, Right click the Reload button and click 'Empty cache and hard reload'. The page will refresh automatically and the response should load again.
