There are ongoing technical bugs
This can happen when the extension is not updated automatically. Chrome store initiates updates automatically, however, some users may not receive the latest updates.
We publish new extension updates weekly to launch new features, improvements or resolve old technical issues.
Try below to update your extension.
Click 'Manage Extensions'.
Enable Developer mode by toggling on.
Make sure the Hypertype extension is also toggled on.
Click Update button on the top left corner to update extension.
Then go back to your Gmail inbox and refresh the page. The version is then updated to the latest.
If you see missing features or bugs recurring, try toggle on and off in Step 3, and repeat Step 4 and 5 again. This should force a new update.
If the issues persist, click the support chat button located at the bottom left in our dashboard and report this to us. We will resolve it as soon as we can. 🤗
