Hypertype automatically detects the languages used in the incoming email and writes in the same language. Our model is trained to remove 90% of the noise in the email to help the AI understand the email context and language.

However, it can detect the wrong languages or read the incoming email wrongly if there are different types of signatures and in-line messages that Hypertype has not been trained on in the incoming email.

You can override the AI by entering this sentence in the light bulb box in the extension:

Option 1: 'Ignore the previous language and write in English'.

Option 2: 'Ignore the Swedish language, write in English.' (You can replace 'Swedish' with the language that the AI has wrongly used)

Option 3: 'translate email reply from Swedish to English' (capitalized letter is important)

Do you have inline email threads like this? This happens when you reply to the previous email thread in the same chain. Sometimes, the previous email threads can hinder the the ability of our AI to read the right content.

You can override the AI by entering this sentence in the light bulb box in the extension: 'Ignore the in-line message'.
