While our AI can fetch answers from csv and excel sheets, it is more difficult for the AI to understand longer texts that are mixed with different topics.

This can happen when one cell contains answer that have multiple topics e.g. product ingredients, student discount, pricing, and guarantee.

To resolve this, break it down into two columns in the csv or excel file: question and answer.

Each question should only include one topic. Separating these topics will make it easier for the AI to interpret.

Our AI only looks up Column A for matching, so make Column A sounds like how your customer would normally phrase or ask.
