Adding or removing teammate to Infinity Plan

Add a teammate to your workspace

Share knowledge instantly with your teammates efficiently and skip back and forth communications.

If you have not subscribed to Infinity plan:

Only one teammate from each company can add teammates. This person is usually admin or responsible for billing account.

  1. Go to Settings, Select Plans and Billing

  2. Click Buy now on Infinity plan, and select the number of seats in the Quantity field and Checkout.

Add team members after subscribed to infinity plan:

  1. Go to the settings on the left side of the Hyperbrain

  2. Go to Plans and Billing

  3. Press Add Seats and insert the emails to your colleagues.

  4. It can take up to 24 hours before all licenses are activated on Infinity plan

  5. If any problem occurs please send a email to support@hypertype.co

Remove a teammate

Email support@hypertype.co to delete the account. We will process this request as soon as we can. Please note that all data from this account will be lost and removed from Hyperbrain permanently.
