Hypertype is not working: payment cannot be processed, contact support, wrong pricing plan

Do you see this appearing even after sign up or login?

Make sure to login with the same account

Use your Chrome browser profile that has the same email account as you have signed up/login with Hypertype.

Hypertype does not work if you are on a different Chrome browser from the email you used to sign up or login to your dashboard at hypertype.app.

You can check this by clicking your profile icon at the browser and the email in the Settings > General at hypertype.app
