If your payment failed, the likely cause is that the amount sent is less than the minimum accepted by our payment provider. To check what the minimum required for each currency is, open the deposit page and look at the minimum after fees.

Unfortunately, as the minimum is set by the provider’s policies, we do not have access to the funds. We do our best to prevent people from encountering this issue, as we often warn about the minimum requirements on the top-up page.
