Step 1: Access the Submissions Dashboard

  1. Go to your Event Dashboard.

  2. Click the Submissions tab.

  3. You’ll see a table of all registered attendees.

Each row shows:

  • Attendee name & email

  • Registration date

  • Payment status

  • Ticket type

  • Submission ID

💡 Tip: Use filters or search to quickly find specific attendees or statuses.

Step 2: View and Manage Individual Submissions

Click on any submission to open the detailed view.
From here, you can:

  • See all form responses.

  • View payment and transaction details.

  • Add internal notes or tags.

  • Update status (e.g. Confirmed, Pending, Cancelled).

Step 3: Filter, Sort, and Export Data

Hyprr’s submission manager gives you flexible tools to analyze your data.

Available actions:

  • Filter by ticket type, payment status, or date range.

  • Sort by newest/oldest registrations.

  • Export to CSV or Excel for offline analysis or CRM import.

💡 Pro Tip: Use exports to generate attendance reports, print name badges, or sync with mailing lists.

Step 4: Communicate with Registrants

Hyprr lets you send direct or bulk communications right from the dashboard.

Options include:

  • Send confirmation emails manually.

  • Send payment reminders for pending invoices.

  • Export emails to your marketing tool (like Mailchimp or HubSpot).

If your event is integrated with a CRM or marketing automation tool, messages can be triggered automatically based on submission actions.

Step 5: Track Payment and Attendance

Under each submission, you can see:

  • Payment date and reference.

  • Transaction amount.

  • Refund or adjustment history.

Step 6: Manage Statuses and Workflows

You can manually update or automate statuses to streamline event prep.

Common workflow statuses:

  • New – just registered.

  • Paid – payment confirmed.

  • Pending Payment – awaiting manual approval.

  • Cancelled – attendee withdrew or refunded.

FAQs

Can I delete a submission?
Yes — click on the submission and choose Delete. Note that deleted data can’t be recovered.

Can I edit a registrant’s details after submission?
You can manually update certain fields like name or email. For payment-related data, it’s best to process refunds or re-register.

Can I export only paid or confirmed attendees?
Yes — use filters before exporting to limit your data set.

💡 Tip: Regularly export your submissions as a backup — especially before the event goes live, just in case of last-minute changes.
