Step 1: Access the Submissions Dashboard
Go to your Event Dashboard.
Click the Submissions tab.
You’ll see a table of all registered attendees.
Each row shows:
Attendee name & email
Registration date
Payment status
Ticket type
Submission ID

Step 2: View and Manage Individual Submissions
Click on any submission to open the detailed view.
From here, you can:
See all form responses.
View payment and transaction details.
Add internal notes or tags.
Update status (e.g. Confirmed, Pending, Cancelled).
Step 3: Filter, Sort, and Export Data
Hyprr’s submission manager gives you flexible tools to analyze your data.
Available actions:
Filter by ticket type, payment status, or date range.
Sort by newest/oldest registrations.
Export to CSV or Excel for offline analysis or CRM import.
💡 Pro Tip: Use exports to generate attendance reports, print name badges, or sync with mailing lists.
Step 4: Communicate with Registrants
Hyprr lets you send direct or bulk communications right from the dashboard.
Options include:
Send confirmation emails manually.
Send payment reminders for pending invoices.
Export emails to your marketing tool (like Mailchimp or HubSpot).
If your event is integrated with a CRM or marketing automation tool, messages can be triggered automatically based on submission actions.
Step 5: Track Payment and Attendance
Under each submission, you can see:
Payment date and reference.
Transaction amount.
Refund or adjustment history.
Step 6: Manage Statuses and Workflows
You can manually update or automate statuses to streamline event prep.
Common workflow statuses:
New – just registered.
Paid – payment confirmed.
Pending Payment – awaiting manual approval.
Cancelled – attendee withdrew or refunded.
FAQs
Can I delete a submission?
Yes — click on the submission and choose Delete. Note that deleted data can’t be recovered.
Can I edit a registrant’s details after submission?
You can manually update certain fields like name or email. For payment-related data, it’s best to process refunds or re-register.
Can I export only paid or confirmed attendees?
Yes — use filters before exporting to limit your data set.
