🧩 General

Q: What’s the difference between Rewards and Coupons?
Rewards are automatically given to attendees (for example, after a purchase or activity), while Coupons are manually entered at checkout. Both provide discounts or benefits using the same system.

Q: Can I use more than one reward or coupon at once?
No. Only one discount can be applied per transaction unless the event organizer explicitly allows stacking.

Q: Do rewards and coupons expire?
Yes. Each reward or coupon has a set validity period defined by the organizer or sponsor. Once expired, it cannot be redeemed.

Q: Can I transfer or share my rewards with someone else?
Personalized rewards are non-transferable. However, public coupons (like “WELCOME10”) can be shared freely.

Q: How do I know if my coupon is valid?
Enter the code at checkout — the system will instantly confirm whether it’s valid or expired.

Q: Where can I find my rewards?
Log in to your Hyprr account → My Account → Rewards. You can view all your active, redeemed, and expired rewards here.

👥 For Attendees

Q: How do I earn rewards?
You can earn them automatically after certain purchases, completing actions (like registering early), or by receiving them from sponsors.

Q: How do I redeem a reward?

You can't use coupons on Hyprr Platform. Rewards are redeemed at the sponsor website or the merchant directly.

Q: Can I use rewards at the venue?
Yes — some sponsors offer booth-specific coupons. Simply show your coupon QR code or reward page at their booth for validation.

Q: What happens when I “scratch” a reward?
The scratch animation reveals your discount or reward details (like “20% off merch”). It’s purely visual — your reward stays saved even after revealing.

Q: My reward didn’t apply — what should I do?
Check:

  • The expiry date

  • Whether it applies to your ticket/product

  • If you’ve already redeemed it once

If it’s still not working, contact event support.

🎟️ For Event Organizers

Q: How do I create a new reward or coupon?
Go to Admin Panel → Events → [Event] → Rewards → Add Reward.
From there, you can set the code, discount type, validity, and image

.

Q: Can I limit the number of redemptions?
Yes. You can manually disable the reward once a certain number of redemptions is

reached, or set per-user limits.

Q: Can I edit a reward after it’s live?
Yes — you can update names, descriptions, and validity. However, reducing discount values on active rewards is not recommended.

Q: Can I attach a reward to specific tickets or products?
Absolutely. Choose “Attach to Tickets” or “Attach to Products” during setup.

Q: Can I delete a reward?
Yes, but note that attendees who already received it will still be able to redeem it until it expires.

Q: Can I see who redeemed a coupon?
Yes — the analytics section lists redemption logs with user and transaction details.

💼 For Sponsors

Q: How do sponsor-created rewards work?
Sponsors can create branded rewards (e.g., “20% Off Booth Merchandise”) tied to their event participation. These can drive booth traffic and brand engagement.

Q: Can sponsors upload their own images or logos?
Yes. Sponsors can include a logo or promotional image to appear on the scratch card or reward listing.

Q: Can I see how many people used my sponsored reward?
Yes. Sponsors get access to analytics showing redemption counts and engagement.

Q: Can I restrict my reward to on-site redemptions only?
Yes. When creating the reward, choose “Redeem In-Person Only” to require validation at a booth or kiosk.

⚙️ Technical & Redemption

Q: What happens when someone redeems a reward?
Once used, the system marks it as Redeemed — preventing reuse. The analytics dashboard updates automatically.

Q: Can users redeem offline?
Yes. Staff or sponsors can manually validate and mark coupons as used through their dashboard.

Q: How is fraud prevented?
Each reward is tied to a user ID and transaction log. Once used, it cannot be reused or transferred.

Q: What file types or sizes are best for reward images?
Use JPG or PNG images (recommended 800×600px) under 1MB.

📊 Analytics & Reporting

Q: Can I track how effective my rewards are?
Yes. The analytics dashboard shows:

  • Total redemptions

  • Active vs expired rewards

  • Total discount value applied

  • Sponsor and event-level ROI metrics

Q: Can I export redemption data?
Yes, you can export CSV reports for deeper analysis or accounting purposes.
