⚙️ Creating & Managing Rewards

Organizer Steps:

  1. Admin Panel → Events → [Event] → Rewards

  2. Click Add Reward

  3. Fill out name, code, discount, attachment, and validity

  4. Upload image and (optionally) link sponsor

  5. Save and activate

Sponsor Steps:
Same as above, but within their Sponsorship Dashboard

💡 Best Practice: Always preview the reward before publishing.

✅ Coupon Validation & Redemption

  • System auto-validates eligibility (event, date, product type, etc.)

  • Invalid codes show an error message

  • Once used, reward marked “Redeemed” and hidden from available list

  • Double-redemption prevention built-in

📊 Analytics & Tracking

Track effectiveness and ROI directly from your dashboard:

  • Redemption Count

  • Active vs Expired

  • Total Discount Value

  • Sponsor Performance Metrics

  • Attendee Engagement (clicks, opens, redemptions)

Exportable in CSV for advanced analysis.

💡 Best Practices

For Organizers

  • Launch early bird and mid-event flash promotions

  • Use clear, short codes (e.g., VIP20, SAVE15)

  • Align discount timing with sales milestones

  • Test redemption flow before public release

For Sponsors

  • Require booth visit to redeem reward

  • Set short validity to drive urgency

  • Use branded images for strong recall

  • Monitor ROI metrics to measure success

Security Tips

  • Use randomized codes for high-value discounts

  • Avoid sequential codes (SAVE10, SAVE20, etc.)

  • Limit one redemption per user when needed

  • Monitor for sharing or fraud patterns
