Overview
The Event Attendees page gives organizers a complete view of everyone registered for your event.
You can track ticket purchases, view attendee details, monitor redemption status, and export data for reporting or check-in management.
Dashboard Summary
At the top of the page, you’ll find a quick snapshot of your event’s attendee statistics:
Metric | Description |
Total Attendees | The total number of tickets sold or assigned for the event. |
Redeemed | The number of attendees who have checked in or redeemed their tickets. |
Not Redeemed | Attendees who haven’t checked in yet. |
Refunded | Number of tickets refunded (if any). |
Each metric updates automatically as ticket statuses change.
Viewing Attendees
Below the summary cards, you’ll find the Attendee Table, listing all registered guests with detailed information:
Column | Description |
Order Date | The date when the attendee purchased or registered. |
Name | The ticket or attendee name (e.g., Beach Party - VIP Pass). |
The attendee’s email address used during registration. | |
Transaction ID | The unique payment transaction identifier. |
Card Last 4 | The last four digits of the payment card used. |
Ticket Code | A unique ticket identifier for each attendee. |
Redeemed | Toggle indicating if the ticket has been checked in. |
Redemption Date | Automatically shows the date/time when redemption occurs. |
Searching & Filtering
Use the search bar (located below the summary section) to quickly find attendees by:
Name
Email
Ticket code
This feature is especially useful for verifying registrations or checking attendees in at the event entrance.
Exporting Data
To download a full list of your attendees:
Click the Export Data button (purple) on the top-right of the attendee table.
Choose your preferred format (CSV, XLSX, etc. depending on system options).
The exported file will include all visible attendee fields for reporting, analytics, or manual check-in.
Redeeming Tickets
Each attendee has a Redeemed toggle switch:
OFF (gray) → Ticket not redeemed.
ON (blue) → Ticket redeemed (checked in).
Once a ticket is redeemed, the Redemption Date column automatically updates.

FAQs
1. Why do I see multiple entries for the same email?
This occurs when an attendee purchases multiple tickets under the same email address. Each ticket is listed individually for redemption tracking.
2. Can I manually mark tickets as redeemed?
Yes, toggle the Redeemed switch next to an attendee’s name. The system logs it as redeemed instantly.
3. How can I check refund status?
Refunded tickets will appear under the Refunded counter at the top and may show differently in the table (depending on integration settings).
4. Can I filter only redeemed or not redeemed attendees?
Currently, you can search by attendee name or email. Filtering by redemption status may depend on your version — check with support if unavailable.
5. How often is data updated?
All attendee data updates in real time when tickets are purchased, redeemed, or refunded.
