This feature is especially useful for verifying registrations or checking attendees in at the event entrance.

Exporting Data

To download a full list of your attendees:

  1. Click the Export Data button (purple) on the top-right of the attendee table.

  2. Choose your preferred format (CSV, XLSX, etc. depending on system options).

  3. The exported file will include all visible attendee fields for reporting, analytics, or manual check-in.

Redeeming Tickets

Each attendee has a Redeemed toggle switch:

FAQs

1. Why do I see multiple entries for the same email?
This occurs when an attendee purchases multiple tickets under the same email address. Each ticket is listed individually for redemption tracking.

2. Can I manually mark tickets as redeemed?
Yes, toggle the Redeemed switch next to an attendee’s name. The system logs it as redeemed instantly.

3. How can I check refund status?
Refunded tickets will appear under the Refunded counter at the top and may show differently in the table (depending on integration settings).

4. Can I filter only redeemed or not redeemed attendees?
Currently, you can search by attendee name or email. Filtering by redemption status may depend on your version — check with support if unavailable.

5. How often is data updated?
All attendee data updates in real time when tickets are purchased, redeemed, or refunded.
