🧾 1. What’s the difference between Merchandise and Food & Beverage products?
Merchandise items are physical goods like T-shirts, hats, or tote bags.
Food & Beverage items are consumables like coffee, sandwiches, or smoothies.
Both product types share the same structure, but subcategories and variant options may differ (e.g. Size for hats vs. Flavor for drinks).
📸 2. Can I upload more than one product image?
Yes! You can upload multiple images for each product.
Just drag and drop or select several files when uploading — they’ll appear as thumbnails under the image section.
🧩 3. How do I add product variants like size or flavor?
Scroll down to Product Variants.
Select a Variant Type (e.g. Size, Flavor, Pack Size).
Add as many options as you need — e.g. Small, Medium, Large.
Each option automatically gets a unique SKU code.
✅ You can add, edit, or delete variants anytime.
💰 4. What does “Base Price” and “Base Quantity” mean?
Base Price: The default selling price for the product before any variant adjustments.
Base Quantity: The total number of items available in stock.
For example, if you have 1500 hats in total, enter1514as the base quantity.
🧾 5. Do I need to manually create SKUs?
Nope! 🎉
SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) are automatically generated when you add a new variant.
You can press Enter or click the ✅ icon to confirm and save the generated SKU.
✏️ 6. How do I edit an existing product?
Go to Products → Edit Product.
Make your changes (e.g. description, image, price, quantity).
Click Update Product to save.
Your updates will apply instantly.
🖼️ 7. My product image won’t upload — what should I do?
If uploads fail:
Check that your image is under the maximum file size (usually 2MB).
Ensure it’s in a supported format (JPG, PNG, or GIF).
Refresh and try again.

🧾 8. Can I delete a variant or product later?
Yes!
To remove a variant, click the ❌ icon next to it.
To delete an entire product, open the Product List, click the three dots (...) next to the item, and select Delete.
⚠️ Note: Deleting a product is permanent — double-check before confirming!
🧠 9. Can I duplicate a product to save time?

We’re working on a Duplicate Product feature that will let you quickly copy and edit existing products (perfect for similar menu items or merchandise).
📦 10. Can I track stock per variant (e.g. Small, Medium, Large)?
Yes — if your system supports inventory tracking per SKU, each variant will maintain its own stock count.
You’ll be able to update or sync stock for each size or flavor individually.
🔐 11. Who can add or edit products?
Only users with admin or manager permissions can create or edit products.
If you can’t see the “Add Product” or “Edit Product” button, contact your system administrator to check your access rights.
🧾 12. How do I make products visible or hidden from customers?
When publishing products, you can choose to:
Show products publicly — visible to all users/customers, or
Hide products — visible only to admins or staff.
You’ll find this toggle in the product’s visibility or settings section.
