At the top of the page, you’ll find the summary cards that give you a quick overview of your overall reward activity:

Card

Description

Total Rewards Configured

Displays the total number of rewards created for your event or campaign. Includes both active and expired rewards.

Total Assigned

Indicates how many rewards have been distributed or assigned to customers.

Redeemed / Unredeemed

Tracks how many rewards have been used versus those that remain available.

Overall Redemption Rate

The percentage of assigned rewards that have been successfully redeemed. Formula: (Redeemed Γ· Assigned) Γ— 100.

Click to update your analytics with the latest reward activity and totals.

At the bottom, the All Rewards section provides a detailed breakdown of every reward created in your event or campaign.
Here’s what each column means:

Column

Description

Reward Name

The title and description of the configured reward.

Coupon Code

The unique code customers use to redeem the reward.

Type

The mechanism of the reward (e.g., percentage, fixed, BXGY).

Discount

Displays the discount value (e.g., 20%, $10, or β€œBuy 1 Get 1”).

Attach To

Where the reward applies β€” tickets, products, or events.

Assigned

The number of times this reward has been assigned to users.

Redeemed

The number of times this reward has been redeemed.

Rate

Redemption rate for each reward, calculated as (Redeemed Γ· Assigned) Γ— 100.

Status

Shows whether a reward is currently Active or Expired.

  • Refresh Regularly: Click Refresh Data after creating or editing rewards to ensure analytics reflect the latest activity.

  • Track Expired Rewards: Use the Total Rewards Configured card to monitor how many rewards have expired.

  • Optimize Discount Types: Review Rewards by Discount Type to find out which incentive model performs best.

  • Evaluate Engagement: Use the Overall Redemption Rate to gauge how effectively your rewards encourage participation.
