Sending Emails in Contacts Management

Contacts management is a customer relationship management system (CRM) that allows you to individually look up, view data, apply tags, and contact records at the individual level.

Access Contacts Management

Contacts Management can be accessed from the sidebar panel by hovering over Contacts and selecting Management.

Access Email

Email is accessible from both the initial Contacts Management page, as well as through an individual profile. If accessing from Contacts Management, be sure to check the box next to the individual(s) you would like to send an email to. Refer to the bottom right of the screen and click the envelope to open the email sidebar.

You can also contact at an individual level by double-clicking the user profile and accessing the buttons directly from there. Please note that an individual must have an email attached to their profile to use this feature.

Email Features

Emails can be sent to up to 25 recipients in a single send. At this time, emails are sent from 'noresponse@i360.org' and a name of your choice, while any responses from individuals are received at a custom email put in the 'Reply To' section.

Email text can be customized to include images, videos, hyperlinks, tables, and various fonts. To include language in your texts to be used in all emails, refer to the (mail icon with pencil) to add Default Email Copy.

When you are satisfied with your email, click 'Send'.
