Downloading Survey Responses
The first step of downloading survey responses is to navigate to the survey page. You can access that by clicking the dropdown on the left of the portal and selecting Field > Surveys.
The next page displayed will contain the full list of surveys inside of your organization. From here simply hover over the survey you want to download the results from and then click the blue download button on the right of the screen.
Once the file has successfully processed, you'll receive a notification to your email and from the top right notification bell. Access the link in either area to download your file.
Please note that you will receive the above message if there are no survey results available.
