Grassroots View Dashboard

The Grassroots View dashboard allows you to view overall volunteer progress within a date range that you set. You can view i360 Walk and i360 Call data from this dashboard.

Access Grassroots View

Dashboards can be accessed from Analytics > Dashboards. From the drop-down menu, please select Grassroots View.

Track Grassroots Activity

Grassroots View displays all walk and call activity over the totality of your campaign, with a refresh rate of every hour from 9AM - 9PM. The dashboard will not update outside of those hours of the day.

Toplines Tab

Grassroots View: Toplines reflects a breakdown of all campaign data on a Volunteer/User level. You will be able to see the total attempts and results by Volunteer, sorted by their state and the Coordinator that they are assigned to.

The Topline section of the dashboard allows you to break the data down by Call or Walk survey, Coordinator, County, Congressional District, State Senate District, State Legislative District, and Voter/Volunteer State.

Adjust the date range by dragging the half circles side-to-side.

Results by Survey

Grassroots View: Results by Survey reflects a breakdown of all campaign data on the survey level. This page allows you to see all surveys and the results broken down inside them. To break down the data into an individual survey simply find the survey that you are looking for and click on it to see the subset of data reflected in that survey.

What is Null?

If you are making calls, you may notice the word Null in your dashboard. The Null Coordinator appears for call attempts where the Predictive Dialer was unsuccessful in making a call. As the Predictive Dialer cycles through numbers, it will not be able to connect to all lines. Because no volunteer is associated with the call, the call is reported under Null.

Short answer: Null means "No Answer."
