Download the IAMD middleware to read the pocket scanners.
unzip the files and click setup.exe to start the installation

Should the setup be blocked, press 'More information' and choose 'Run anyway' (This may occur several times during the installation.)

Then choose 'Install' in the installation wizard.

When the installation is complete, you can then connect the scanner via the USB cable, log in (per user) and read the scanners.
