This article provides an overview of the different features of the link and how it works correctly.
If you are looking for more information on how to set up this link, check out this help desk article.

General

The link with Climapulse allows you to export customers, installation(s) and work orders to Climapulse. Changes to work orders can also be read back into IAMD ERP after they have been completed in Climapulse itself.

At the moment it is possible to export the following:

  • Customers

  • Buildings

  • Installations

  • Work orders

When synchronizing an installation, the corresponding client is automatically looked up in Climapulse. If it is not found, it will be created automatically.

At present, changes to following entities in Climapulse can also be read into IAMD. ERP:

  • Work orders

Export a customer to Climapulse

You cannot export an individual client to Climapulse at this time. However, if you were to export an installation to Climapulse, the associated client will automatically be exported along with it. You can read more about exactly how this works in this help desk article.

Exporting an installation to Climapulse

You can export an individual installation to Climapulse via the green action button after opening the installation in IAMD. ERP. You then choose "Link with Climapulse." After that, you are given another option to choose to link to an existing installation in Climapulse or create a new one in Climapulse. You can read more about the options in this help desk article.

Export a work order to Climapulse

You can also export an individual work order to Climapulse via the green action button after opening the work order in IAMD. ERP. You then choose "Export to Climapulse." You will then be given the option to choose to link the work order to an already existing work order or create a new order in Climapulse. You can read more about the options in this help desk article.
