Top performing events section
Top performing events section

See which events drive the most activity, ranked by the number of calls they’ve generated

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The last, but definitely not the least important section inside of your iClosed
Analytics dashboard is the Top performing events pane.

The data in this section offers you a clear view of which events are the most active for the selected period of time, helping you to pinpoint successful strategies in case you'd like to replicate the tactics used from these events to other events.

Business and Enterprise subscription plan users will have this widget available.

Unlike other panes inside the Analytics dashboard, where you can apply both date range and data source filters, this pane will show you data only according to selected date range filters for the Global Data source (data across the account).

This means that if you try to select a specific event, the pane will show as empty with
"No record found!" information inside of it.

Top performing events stats

The app will show top three events, considered to be top performing per total number of calls booked for the selected period.

It will include both event types (Discovery and Strategy call events) and will show you:

  • Event name column - with internal tag color and the name of the event

  • Calls booked - column with total number of calls, that will be used for default event sorting inside the column

  • Rescheduled - number of rescheduled calls for the event presented

  • Cancelled - total number of cancelled calls for the event presented

Additionally, you will have quick access to your AI Scheduler → Events page by clicking on the "Go to all Events" button.
