iClosed unique users dashboard for tracking team members performance

Updated over 4 weeks ago

Members page is the user performance analytics dashboard!

It provides a comprehensive overview of each member's contributions and achievements, making it perfect for tracking key metrics at the individual level. Use it to identify top performers, pinpoint over-achievers, and spot opportunities for targeted training and development.

The Members page is available with Business and Enterprise subscription plans (learn more about iClosed pricing and feature breakdown here).

Additionally, Members page is accessible to Super admins and Sales managers by default and Users will have exclusive access by default.

This means that a User with exclusive access will not have Members page available on the menu, but only access to their own Analytics dashboard
(learn more about Users Analytics dashboard here).

Fixed page elements

Let's cover the top page elements first.

Roles filter

Filter out user view per roles assigned to users. This provides you with easier and more precise review of team member stats, especially if you've created separate roles for Setters and Closers.

Date range filter

The date range filter helps you analyze stats and performance by applying specific date range or using predefined date ranges.

Filter will be set to "Last seven days" by default.

Columns filter

Allows you to customize Members page view by choosing columns with data you'd like to see.

Customize view by choosing to "Select all" or "Deselect all", or to add/remove specific columns. Main column with User name will remain fixed.

See below columns available for selecting/deselecting from the view
(all columns will be explained in detail in the Columns section below):

  • Role

  • Sales

  • Deposit

  • Calls

  • Strategy calls

  • Total cash

  • Engagement

  • Total cash per call

  • Recurring

  • Live closing rate

  • Live engagement rate

  • No show rate

And that's not all. The columns filter allows you to change the order of appearance of the columns, by simply grabbing a column and moving it up or down.

Add member button

This is quick "Invite users" button, from where you can invite more members to the account, without leaving the page and navigating to the Settings → User Management.

Kindly note that the number of user seats and a price of the seat differ between subscription plans. Adding a new user may affect your billing.

  • Startup
users have 1 seat available by default, and can add more at $36/month per user seat or to upgrade to Business at any time (5 included by default).

  • Business
users have 5 user seats included in the account, and in case they'd like to add more, the price per seat would be $59.4/month, or they can upgrade to Enterprise subscription (custom pricing depending of the user seats needed).

  • Enterprise
users can have unlimited number of seats. Reach out to us if you're interested.

Here's an overview of the fixed bottom page elements:

  • Column totals

    • summarizing data from the columns for each column

    • or average if data is shown in percentages

  • Choosing the number of rows you'd like to see per page

  • Switching between pages buttons
