There are two ways how you can activate or deactivate an event, from 
AI Scheduler → Events page and from the Event Builder, in case you've finished it and you would like to deactivate it while you're there.
From Events page
Navigate to the
AI Scheduler → Events page Locate Event you would like to enable or disable
Hit on the three dots in the top right corner of the Event card
Switch the toggle button ON/OFF to enable or disable
Once Event is deactivated (disabled) it will show as grayed out and easily recognizable visually from the active (enabled) events.
From Event Builder
This option is very convenient if you're building upcoming Events for your Hosts, but you don't want to start using it just yet. And more importantly, you would like to keep such Events from the Events page where you're tracking active events.
Here's how:
Navigate to Event Settings menu in the top right corner of your Event Builder
Switch toggle button "OFF/ON" and you're done
As explained above, once Event is deactivated (disabled) it will show as grayed out and easily recognizable visually from the active (enabled) events.
Hiding turned off Events
You can also remove all inactive events from Events page by clicking on the
"Hide turned off events" toggle button.
