Calls Data Columns

Learn about Global Data Calls default and custom data inside the columns, and how to utilize it

Updated this week

This is a quick guide about Calls data columns available, and how you can manage which one to show on your screen, sorted by the order of appearance from left to right, so you could set up default views for data that will benefit you the most.

The main columns are predefined, based on the tab you’re currently on, in Global Data:

  • Contacts

  • Appointment Setting

  • Calls or

  • Deals

Meaning, when you're located in Global Data → Calls you'll see contacts who have at least one call. If a contact has multiple calls, it will show multiple times (same as on Deals page where data is shown as per deals)

Pro tips

Calls section have additional options that no other section in Global Data has:

  1. Button for adding calls (booking new call)

    1. Top right of the screen

    2. Opens pop up for selecting a contact and booking a call

  2. Fixed section on the right for adding call outcomes

    1. Very convenient if you're adding outcomes in one take while analyzing data in table view

Contacts Columns

  • Contact column - can't be turned off as it's a default column with lead unique identifier (email)

  • Phone Number -

    • Pretty important piece of information for you to collect no matter if you're hosting calls on Google Meet/Zoom or doing phone calls only.

    • An Invitee can interact with your scheduler more than once, by using different emails, or even names, as long as the phone number remains the same, all data will be tracked and stored under one Contact.

  • Country - as per phone number country code, pulled out from Invitees phone number filled out in your scheduler or device location in case you're not requiring phone number on your form.
