🚢 Container Orders (Canada & USA)
Estimated delivery: Approximately 16 weeks from order confirmation (container deposit must be paid to confirm the order). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production and logistics conditions.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Within 4 hours of order placement: Orders may be cancelled without a restocking fee, provided the order has not entered shipping or fulfillment.
Order not shipped (after 4 hours): Orders may be cancelled, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping will be cancelled, and inventory returned to the warehouse.
Order already shipped: Orders may be returned subject to a 50% restocking fee. ICON will coordinate return logistics and restock the inventory.
