š Direct Ship Orders
Direct ship orders are shipped directly to the end customer using the shipping address and contact details provided by the dealer at the time of order.
Shipping information must be exact. Please double-check the recipient's address, contact information, and delivery details before submitting a direct ship order ā small errors (unit numbers, postal/zip codes, contact names) can cause delivery failures.
Inaccurate information may result in charges. If our shipping partner is unable to locate or deliver to the address provided because of inaccurate or incomplete information, any resulting charges (e.g., address correction, re-delivery, or return-to-sender fees) will be billed back to the dealer.
š¢ Container Orders (Canada & USA)
Estimated delivery: Approximately 16 weeks from order confirmation (container deposit must be paid to confirm the order). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production and logistics conditions.
ā Cancellation Policy
Within 4 hours of order placement: Orders may be cancelled without a restocking fee, provided the order has not entered shipping or fulfillment.
Order not shipped (after 4 hours): Orders may be cancelled, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping will be cancelled, and inventory returned to the warehouse.
Order already shipped: Orders may be returned subject to a 50% restocking fee. ICON will coordinate return logistics and restock the inventory.
