The ICONIC Rewards Program allows eligible dealers and sales representatives to earn rewards on qualifying ICON products. The program is managed through the ICON Portal, where sales reps can track earnings, view payouts, and manage claims.
This article provides a high-level overview of how ICONIC Rewards works today, including payout timing and claim timelines.
Payouts are issued only once the order is shipped, paid, and assigned.
Where to Access ICONIC Rewards
ICONIC Rewards is fully integrated into the ICON Portal.
Dealers place orders through the portal as usual
Sales reps access rewards through their portal login
No changes are required to the ordering process
All rewards activity is handled in one place.
How & When Payouts Work
Rewards become available once the product leaves the warehouse.
Payouts are calculated based on eligible products and quantities sold .

Volume Bonuses (Q1 & Q2 Seating)
Additional bonuses apply to qualifying Q1 and Q2 seating programs during the program year :
1–99 chairs: base payout per chair
100+ chairs: increased payout per chair
250+ chairs: highest payout tier per chair
These bonuses are automatically reflected in the rewards calculation when thresholds are met.
Claim Timelines
Rewards must be claimed within the following timeframes:
Regular orders: Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the order date
Container orders: Claims must be submitted within 180 days of the order date
Claims submitted outside these timelines are not eligible.

Sales reps can use the ICON Portal to:
View rewards and payout history
Track monthly earnings
See year-to-date totals
Monitor progress toward volume bonuses
Before rewards can be issued, sales reps must complete their profile in the ICON Portal.
Make sure all information is filled out and saved.
If anything is missing, a notice will appear at the top of the page.
