ICON Sample Chair Program

The Sample Chair Program allows dealers to order a limited number of chairs each year at a discounted rate for showroom, demo, or customer evaluation purposes.

All sample chair orders are managed directly through the ICON Portal.

What’s Included

  • Up to 5 sample chairs per dealer per calendar year (January–December)

  • 75% discount on each sample chair

  • Any eligible chair may be selected

  • Shipping options:

    – Ship to your location, or

    – Ship directly to your customer

  • Assembly: Dealers are responsible for chair assembly

How to Order a Sample Chair in the Portal

When your order qualifies for a sample chair, you’ll see a Sample Chair option during checkout.

  1. At checkout, select “Convert Order to Product Sample.”

  2. A confirmation window will explain the sample program and your remaining annual quota.

  3. Choose one of the following:

    • Accept

      • A sample order is created and auto-approved

      • The chair counts toward your annual sample limit

    • Reject

      • The order proceeds as a standard order

      • No sample quota is used

Once accepted, the sample order processes like any other ICON order.


Important Things to Know

  • You must accept or reject a sample offer before starting another sample order

  • If you reject the sample option, it does not count toward your annual limit

  • Sample orders are clearly labeled as Sample in the portal

  • Your remaining sample count updates automatically after each accepted order


Program Rules & Limits

  • Annual limit: Maximum of 5 sample chairs per dealer per year

  • No duplicate SKUs:

    The same chair SKU cannot be requested more than once as a sample

  • Quantity limit:

    One chair per SKU per sample order

  • Discount stacking:

    Sample discounts cannot be combined with other discounts
