What To Do Right Away

Call the Virtual Reward Center at 1-800-604-1815 as soon as possible.

Reporting your card immediately allows the provider to:

· Freeze your card to prevent unauthorized use

· Review recent transactions

· Assist with next steps, including issuing a replacement card if applicable

The ability to recover any remaining funds is subject to the Card and Program Terms and Conditions. However, reporting the loss right away significantly increases the likelihood of protecting your balance and preventing unauthorized spending.
