Exclusions
The following are not covered under ICON warranties:
Labor, freight, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, vandalism
Rust, corrosion, natural events
Cosmetic damage from normal use
Incidental or consequential damages
Injuries from product use
Typical wear and tear (e.g., surface scratches, fabric fading, padding compression)
Reporting Damage
If your product arrives damaged, please contact ICON Customer Service within 5 business days using our warranty claim form.
To process your claim, a minimum of 2 photos is required. Include photos from different angles to help us assess and resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
Seating Warranty Details
Limited Lifetime, 12-year, and 5-year warranties apply under normal commercial use (44-hour work week, maximum user weight of 275 lbs).

General Limitations
Chair upholstery: 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty is non-transferable, valid only in the USA and Canada, and does not cover labor costs, shipment damages, or improper installations.
