All paid plans allow downloading extra assets once you exceed your monthly limit. Additional downloads are charged per item and appear as a separate invoice at the end of the billing cycle — downloads are never blocked.
Please note that overages are not available for PayPal subscriptions — once you hit your limit, downloads pause until the next billing cycle. The Unlimited plan has unlimited downloads, so overages don't apply there either.
You can check your remaining balance anytime in the Products tab of your account.
