Cancellation procedures vary by payment method.
Credit/Debit Card: Go to the Subscription tab in your account and click the Cancel button. The system offers a pause option for 1–3 months; select "No, unsubscribe" for complete cancellation.
Alternative payment methods:
PayPal: Cancel through your PayPal account settings
Apple Pay: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Icons8 icons → Cancel
Microsoft Store: Manage cancellation in your Microsoft Store account
WeChat Pay: Contact Icons8 support
Important notes:
Unused credits disappear when your subscription expires
You can pause instead to preserve credits
Unlinking a card through the Link service does not constitute cancellation
If an invoice was already issued before you canceled, the system may keep trying to collect that payment. Canceling stops future renewals but doesn't void an existing invoice. Contact support if you still see charge attempts after canceling — we'll void the open invoice.
