RTC Refund Policy

Refunds will be accepted up to 7 business days before the first event. No refunds will be granted after this deadline.

If your participant gets injured before the event a refund will be issued after providing a doctor's note.

No refunds will be granted for events caused by force majeure or inclement weather conditions.

Please note that all refund requests must be emailed to IYSA. The timing of the refund will depend on the method of payment and may take several weeks to process.
