You are first committing to the member club. Whatever contract that you will be signing with them will be a binding commitment between you and that club.

This is for a term of one season August 1st to July 31st.

There are certain rules and situations where IYSA can hold clubs accountable to our policies but you must remember as a parent/player you are directly contracting with that club that you sign with, and we as a third party cannot void any contract between you and your club.
