You always keep full control over your rights. iGroove only receives the distribution rights for the songs you upload – and only for the platforms, stores, and countries you choose.
When our business relationship ends, the distribution rights remain with iGroove for another 12 months. After that, they fully return to you.
Important: If you were already a customer before 04.05.2024, different conditions apply to releases uploaded before that date. In this case, the rights revert to you immediately after the end of the contract period.
